A global AI bill of rights is desperately needed

Superhuman tech still needs regulation. Algorithmic decision-making has long put technology first, with due diligence as an afterthought. White House science advisers are proposing a Bill of Artificial Intelligence Rights, including the right to challenge flawed decisions, whilst the UK government is considering removing data regulations which include the right to a human review of AI decisions.
