Why rape cases should not be subject to reasonable doubt

Conviction rates in rape cases are abysmal the world over. Christopher Wareham and James Vos writing in Aeon Magazine argue that the current standard where evidence beyond reasonable doubt is required in order to prove guilt, is a major contributing factor and one that should be done away with for rape cases.
